Returns Policy
Any custom made products can not be returned unless the products are faulty or the print does not match the agreed proof. Please take care when signing off the proofs.
For non custom products we accept returns if the product is faulty, if you change your mind and want to return a non custom product we only accept returns if the item has not been opened and used.
Shipping
We use a tracked courier service on all orders, 24hr services can be arranged if requested, please contact our customer service team for more information. *Free shipping only on orders within the UK.
Payment
We accept most major payment services including bank transfer. For customised products, once the proofs have been accepted and payment has been received we will then start creating your order.

RAW Merchandise Ltd does not take any responsibility for any copyright infringements, it is deemed you (the customer) are the owner or have permission to reproduce artwork files supplied to us. After accepting the proofs, you have accepted these terms and conditions.
